Canceled twice on us within the hour of cleaning and unable to reschedule w/another cleaner. First time was understood since we just went through the freeze. We’ve had our last 2 cleanings canceled and no replacement date. I really had hope since her reviews were good.

Oralia did not clean dishes, even after we requested she do it. On website it says, dishes are included in kitchen. Counters in kitchen were also not wiped down or cleaned properly. We paid for six hours of cleaning, she was scheduled from 7am-1pm. When I came home at 10:30 she had already left. Dishes were not cleaned. When I asked her about it, she said she didn’t have enough time. She clearly did as she left over two hours early. Very disappointed. We have had many people come and clean and this is the first time someone tells us they don’t do dishes. There were many other details that were not taken care of like dirty mirrors and and corners that were not swept properly. It was obvious she rushed through the job.

Oralia is absolutely amazing! Very impressed! My house has never been this clean. She took her time on every area of my house, and it looks amazing. She was also very good at communicating. I would highly recommend Oralia to anyone who wants a "detailed" cleaning job in their house.

She did an ok job. Mostly things like scrubbing walls that can't really be seen. She did amazing on the fridge. Everything else wasn't really what I was looking for. I paid for 6 hours. Though she cleaned for that time, you couldn't really tell. She said she couldn't do many things because of company policy which is why I'm still giving 4 stars.

Oralia was excellent. I've never had a provider that did the job so well plus "extras" such as back porch, oven, inner windows. She worked hard the whole time. My home had not been cleaned well for months...there was much more dust and cat hair than the normal household. I appreciate her very much!
