hi my name is sandra. I have been cleaning homes for four years now. I love to clean and i especially love knowing that I have helped take care of a task that would other wise take you hours and knowing that your schedule now has room for more important things like spending time with family.

Sandra spent 50 min on the first bathroom, so I knew she wouldn’t be able to complete everything within 3 hours. She is very pleasant to deal with, just not efficient enough for me. I did give her a cash tip for her effort.

Pros: Sandra was very nice, professional and efficient, as she was able to perform most of the tasks in less time than I anticipated. Cons: She used a bleach mixture to clean the counters and (possibly) ruined the surface/coating. When I addressed the issue, she was very apologetic and willing to try and resolve it. My other complaint is that she was about to stop at 3 hours, even though I scheduled her for 3.5 hours, because she forgot about the first floor.

Most of cleaning was good. The bathroom floor still had stuff on the floor that she didn't get when she moped and the kitchen floor was not moped very well. Don't know if it's what she moped with in the kitchen but it sounds like you stick to the floor when you walk across it. Was very disappointed as I new it would take a while to clean the kitchen and bathroom that is why I said she didn't have to clean anything else. 2 hours for 2 tiny rooms should have been sufficient time to clean completely.

She seemed very thorough and honest about what she could get done in the amount of time I booked her for. I had her concentrate on certain areas because of that. I wish she would've cleaned the shower door. Other than that very sweet girl.

1.5 rating-Sandra has a very pleasant attitude however her attention to details in fully understanding the level of in depth and complete cleaning showed with her inability to complete basic tasks such cleaning dresser mirrors, window ledges, emptying small waste containers in the bathrooms; commode, shower and floors and thoroughly sweeping and mopping. She never used a bucket for water and I asked several times before the start of her work did she read my cleaning information notes and or did she have supplies and equipment to do the job. She politely answered yes. I also asked if she had any questions about what I was requesting she said no. I would not in good conscious recommend Sandra or the service as these are basic cleaning standards and she does not possess the professional level of training or skills to do work in my home.
