Where is my pay?
To view your payments, follow the steps below.
If you're using the Homeaglow for Cleaners app:
- Go to the 'My Account' tab, and select 'My payments.'
- Tap on 'Your payments'.
If you're using your browser:
- Go to your dashboard's 'My Completed Jobs' page.
These pages would also show which type of payment method you've selected to receive your pay (Instant Pay or Weekly Pay).
A few reminders:
- If your payment was deposited to a bank account that has been disabled, please reach out to your bank's Customer Service for further assistance. Deposits sent to closed bank accounts or canceled debit cards may be held by your bank until you contact them.
- If your Weekly Pay was rejected by your bank, we will notify you via SMS. After you update your bank info, our system will automatically resend the payment on the next business day. This should arrive in your account within 3 business days.

Make sure to charge your clients by Sunday, 11:59 PM PST. Otherwise, your payment will be included in the following week's pay processing.
