How Do I Get Paid?

Set up Direct Deposit

  • To update your payment information, click your photo at the top right corner of your dashboard, and select Bank Info.
  • We pay you via direct deposit every Monday.
  • We support Direct Deposit with all banks and debit cards, including Meta Bank, Green Dot, Blue Bird, and more.
  • Direct Deposit works with any account number and a routing number.

Getting Paid

  • After you complete an appointment, charge your customer by going to your dashboard > Charge Clients.
  • There is no need to clock into or out of appointments. Simply invoice your client when the appointment has been completed. 
  • To view payments received for a job, go to your dashboard's My Completed Jobs page.
  • To track all of your payments, click here.

If you're using the Homeaglow for Cleaners app:

  • To update your payment information:
    • Go to the 'My Account' tab > My payments
    • Select 'Payout method'
  • To invoice your client:
    • Go to the 'Past' section of the tab
    • Select the job that you want to invoice (it should have the 'Invoice not sent' notice)
    • Tap 'Invoice' > 'Charge Client' > Make sure that all details are correct > Charge
  • To view payments received for a job:
    • Go to 'My Account' tab > 'My payments'
    • Select 'Your payments'

Weekly Pay

  • Pay is processed every Monday and it takes less than 4 days for your pay to be available in your bank account via Direct Deposit.

  • Make sure to charge your clients by Sunday, 11:59 PM PST. Otherwise, your payment will be included in the following week's pay processing.

Instant Pay

  • For some jobs, Instant Pay may be available. Instant Pay is NOT available on every job.
